Dr. Jim DeLung is currently serving as the executive director for TheODPros. As a successful private entrepreneur and public-sector leader, he brings a commitment to the development of effective leadership and inspiration to organizations through an interactive, adult-oriented program of study.
As an “Edutainer,” Jim’s area of expertise is public speaking and the construction of curriculum for advanced/executive training for thousands of participants throughout North America. His greatest passion is creating an open and honest dialogue for leaders and followers to discuss the contemporary organizational leadership issues. Founder and developer of MI Leadership© (Motivation Idiography©), Jim combines social psychology and leadership theories to identify communication and motivational preferences through analysis of an individual’s generation, culture, gender, birth order, and DiSC© Personal Profile test results. Dr. DeLung received his PhD in Business Administration with special emphasis in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University. Jim obtained his Master of Educational Leadership and Bachelor of Science degrees from Northern Arizona University.
